Meat Puff Pie Recipe
Description
Taking out the tray, slicing a piece on a plate, and biting that amazing, cheese stretching piece of the meaty pie, is an indescribable experience.
A truly delicious meal, that is my personal favorite.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry dough pieces (2 square-sized pieces)
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Ground Meat (salted)
- Grated Cheese
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Roll one of the pastry pieces in a shape that would fit on your baking tray
- Place the pastry on the tray, so that it fits nicely
- Evenly spread out the ground meat all over the pastry
- Spray with mayonnaise
- Put sliced tomato rings
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
- Close it off with the same sized pastry, so that it can be connected with the layer below
- Put in the oven for about half an hour at 200C (monitor it)
- Cook until done
